On Thursday 27th March 2025, we officially cut the ribbon and marked a critical milestone in the development of this brand new destination for living, working, shopping, business and recreation.
The opening of Westown Square also signalled the official launch of Balwin Properties residential development SHONGWENI ECO PARK at the Balwin Sales POD in Westown Square, as well as the start of new business, development, commercial and retail opportunities, including Farrier Business Park, Parc Ferme and The West Private Hospital.
