The first vertical support structure (also known as a pier) has been completed for the raised access bridge into Westown from the north.
This bridge will run over Kassier Rd and includes a loop ramp for direct access into Westown for those travelling from the northern (Hillcrest) side of the N3. This is part of the overall infrastructure work being undertaken for Westown and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2024.
