Another enormous concrete pour was carried out over the weekend, with 730m³ added to the Westown Square deck.
This is the largest single pour on site so far, starting at 04:30am on Saturday morning and finishing at 6pm that night – after which the team worked through the night smoothing and levelling (power-floating) the slab. The pour was headed up by Stefanutti Stocks engineer Bheki Msweli and recently promoted sub-agent engineer Anele Zulu.
